Champion Estate sleeps up to 40 guests overnight, making it an ideal setting to stay and celebrate in one place. The estate features beautifully maintained grounds, a spacious bridal suite, and cozy guest accommodations. With both indoor and outdoor event areas—plus a dedicated gym and athletic space perfect for groomsmen to unwind, train, or bond before the big day—Champion Estate blends Southern charm with modern amenities to create an elevated yet relaxed experience.

We proudly offer a flexible vendor policy, allowing you to bring your preferred caterers, coordinators, or creatives—or choose from our list of trusted local professionals.

Standard Pricing Overview

Base Nightly Rate: $2,300 + tax

Additional Overnight Guest Fee: $40 + tax per person, per night for groups over 15 overnight guests

(Maximum capacity: 40 overnight guests)

Cleaning Fees: $700 + tax per overnight stay/$700 + tax per event

Event Fees (Required only if guest count exceeds 40):

Up to 60 total guests: $6,500 + tax

Over 60 guests: $8,500 + tax

* Event guest count refers to the number of attendees on the wedding day and is in addition to overnight guests. For example, if you host 40 overnight guests (paying the additional per-person overnight fee beyond 15), you may also welcome up to 60 additional event guests under the $6,500 event fee—allowing for a total of up to 100 wedding day guests.

Micro Weddings & Daytime Events

Looking for something more personal and scaled-back? Champion Estate offers a stunning and flexible setting for micro weddings, day-use events, and smaller gatherings, whether you’re planning a one-day celebration or a full overnight experience with your closest loved ones.

Overnight Micro-Wedding (Up to 40 Guests)

If your total guest count is 40 or fewer, and all guests are staying overnight (with any additional overnight guest fees applied), no event fee is required. 2 night minimum.

Daytime Event or Micro-Wedding (No Overnight Stay)

Up to 60 total guests: $8,800 + $700 cleaning fee

Over 60 guests: $10,800 + $700 cleaning fee

This includes full-day access to the estate for your event, including time for vendor setup and breakdown.
